Welcome to ThirdSpaces.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ThirdSpaces, ThirdSpaces Play, our websites, and any other applications, features, products, or services operated by The ThirdSpacesapp Company (“ThirdSpaces,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By creating an account, participating as a guest, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
ThirdSpaces and ThirdSpaces Play are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By using the Services, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You are not prohibited by applicable law from using the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these requirements have not been met.
2. Accounts
Certain features require a ThirdSpaces account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate account information.
Keep your account credentials secure.
Be responsible for activity conducted through your account.
Not impersonate another person.
Not create deceptive, fraudulent, or unauthorized accounts.
Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
ThirdSpaces accounts may provide access to features across multiple ThirdSpaces Services.
Features available to ThirdSpaces members may differ from features available to guests, subscribers, or users of individual ThirdSpaces products.
3. Guest Participation
Certain Services, including ThirdSpaces Play, may allow you to participate without creating a complete ThirdSpaces profile.
Guest participation may require limited information such as your name, phone number, date of birth, location, preferences, or a current photo.
Guest profiles may:
Have limited functionality.
Require periodic photo refreshes.
Be temporary.
Expire or become inactive after a period of time.
Have different limits from ThirdSpaces member profiles.
ThirdSpaces may change guest eligibility, limits, or features as the Services evolve.
Connecting or creating a ThirdSpaces account may provide additional or persistent features, but does not necessarily include every paid feature offered through ThirdSpaces Play or another Service.
4. ThirdSpaces Play and Social Discovery
ThirdSpaces Play is a social discovery and dating experience designed to help adults discover, connect with, communicate with, and potentially meet other people.
Users may express different types of social or dating intent, react to other users, match, communicate, and choose whether to interact online or in person.
ThirdSpaces facilitates introductions and connections. We do not guarantee:
That you will receive matches.
That another user will respond to you.
That any interaction will result in an in-person meeting.
Compatibility between users.
The identity, intentions, accuracy, or behavior of another user.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, ThirdSpaces does not conduct or guarantee comprehensive background checks on users.
You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and where to communicate with or meet another person.
If you choose to meet someone in person, use reasonable judgment and appropriate safety precautions. Consider meeting in a public place, informing someone you trust about your plans, and ending any interaction that makes you uncomfortable.
ThirdSpaces is not responsible for the conduct of users before, during, or after an online or in-person interaction except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
5. Zero Tolerance Policy & User Conduct
ThirdSpaces maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, exploitative, fraudulent, or illegal content and conduct.
You may not use the Services to:
Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person.
Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or targeted harassment.
Promote or threaten violence.
Impersonate another person or intentionally misrepresent your identity.
Create fake profiles for deceptive or malicious purposes.
Scam, defraud, manipulate, or exploit another user.
Solicit or facilitate prostitution or commercial sexual services.
Exploit, coerce, threaten, or sexually harass another person.
Upload unlawful sexually explicit material or exploitative content.
Share intimate content without the subject’s consent.
Engage in illegal activity or encourage others to do so.
Send spam or malicious content.
Upload content you do not have the right to use.
Scrape, harvest, sell, or improperly collect information about other users.
Circumvent account, safety, purchase, discovery, or technical restrictions.
Use bots or unauthorized automated systems to access the Services.
Attempt to compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the Services.
Use the Services in violation of applicable law.
Violations may result in immediate content removal, restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.
6. Reporting, Blocking & Moderation
Users may report profiles, posts, messages, content, transactions, or behavior that they believe violates these Terms or creates a safety concern.
Where available, users may also block another user. Blocking may prevent or restrict the blocked user from viewing your profile, contacting you, or otherwise interacting with you through the applicable Service.
ThirdSpaces may:
Review reported content or behavior.
Remove content.
Restrict the visibility of content.
Limit access to features.
Warn users.
Suspend accounts.
Permanently terminate accounts.
Take other reasonable action necessary to protect users or the Services.
We are not required to publicly disclose the details of moderation decisions, investigations, or enforcement actions.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of photos, videos, posts, profile information, messages, and other content you submit to the Services (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant The ThirdSpacesapp Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to:
Operate the Services.
Display your content to other users as intended.
Provide requested features.
Maintain safety and security.
Enforce these Terms.
Promote or demonstrate the Services where appropriate.
Improve ThirdSpaces products.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that your content does not violate another person’s rights.
We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.
Certain temporary content, including guest participation photos, may expire or be replaced as part of the product experience.
8. Spaces, Events & Community Features
ThirdSpaces may allow users to discover, create, manage, interact with, check into, or participate in physical places, events, communities, or spaces.
Information about a space may come from users, operators, third parties, or publicly available sources.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of:
Addresses.
Hours.
Events.
Availability.
Capacity.
Ownership.
Descriptions.
Other space-related information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the inclusion of a business, venue, place, or event in ThirdSpaces does not mean the owner sponsors, endorses, or has a commercial relationship with ThirdSpaces.
9. Payments and Financial Transactions Through ThirdSpaces
Certain ThirdSpaces features allow users to send or receive payments through Stripe.
Platform Role
ThirdSpaces is a technology platform that facilitates certain interactions and transactions between users.
ThirdSpaces is not a bank, financial institution, or payment processor.
Payment processing is provided by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe’s separate terms, policies, verification requirements, and restrictions.
Payment Information
ThirdSpaces does not store complete credit or debit card information.
Stripe may collect information necessary to process payments or establish payment capabilities.
Fees
ThirdSpaces may charge service, transaction, or platform fees where applicable.
Any applicable ThirdSpaces fee will be disclosed before completion of the transaction.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Reviewing transaction details before sending funds.
Ensuring you are authorized to send or receive funds.
Providing accurate information.
Complying with applicable financial laws and regulations.
Resolving obligations you voluntarily create with another user.
Disputes and Refunds
User-to-user transactions may be final once processed.
ThirdSpaces does not guarantee refunds for transactions between users.
Where applicable, payment disputes, reversals, or refunds may be handled through Stripe or between the users involved, subject to applicable law and the relevant payment-provider rules.
10. App Store Purchases, Add-Ons & Subscriptions
Certain ThirdSpaces Services, including ThirdSpaces Play, may offer digital purchases through Apple’s App Store.
These may include:
Auto-renewable subscriptions.
Additional profile access.
Digital reactions or Pineapples.
Rewinds.
Recovery or missed-connection features.
Other optional digital add-ons.
Available products, quantities, prices, limits, and benefits will be displayed before purchase and may change over time.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, your subscription renews according to the billing period and price shown when you subscribe unless you cancel it through your Apple account in accordance with Apple’s procedures.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
Deleting ThirdSpaces Play, deleting your ThirdSpaces account, or ceasing to use the Services does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
Subscription features may become unavailable when the subscription expires, is canceled, revoked, refunded, or otherwise becomes inactive.
Consumable Purchases
Certain products provide a limited number or quantity of digital items or uses.
Consumable purchases may be depleted when used and may not be restorable after consumption.
App Store Refunds
Requests for refunds relating to purchases processed through Apple are generally handled through Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable policies and procedures.
Purchase Infrastructure
ThirdSpaces may use third-party services, including RevenueCat, to assist with verifying purchases, managing subscription status, restoring eligible purchases, and determining access to digital features.
11. Third-Party Services & In-App Browser
ThirdSpaces may integrate with third-party services or provide access to third-party websites through links or an in-app browser.
Third-party providers may include services related to:
Payments.
Authentication.
Hosting.
Storage.
Mapping.
Analytics.
Purchases and subscriptions.
Notifications.
ThirdSpaces does not control and is not responsible for third-party:
Content.
Products.
Services.
Security.
Privacy practices.
Availability.
Transactions.
Your interactions with third-party services may be governed by their separate terms and privacy policies.
12. Safety
ThirdSpaces is designed to help people make real-world connections, but no online platform can eliminate all risk.
You are responsible for exercising judgment when interacting with another user.
ThirdSpaces cannot guarantee:
A user’s identity.
That profile information is accurate.
That another user’s intentions are genuine.
The safety of an in-person meeting.
That another user will comply with these Terms.
If another user makes you uncomfortable, you should stop interacting with them and use available blocking or reporting tools.
If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
13. Account Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Where available, you may request deletion of your account through the app or by contacting us.
ThirdSpaces may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that:
You violated these Terms.
You engaged in abusive or harmful behavior.
Your activity is fraudulent or suspicious.
You misused financial or payment features.
You attempted to manipulate the platform.
You created a safety risk.
Your activity threatens the security or integrity of the Services.
Termination is necessary to comply with law.
Serious safety or abuse violations may result in immediate termination.
Termination of your ThirdSpaces account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through Apple or another third-party provider.
14. Intellectual Property
ThirdSpaces, ThirdSpaces Play, and their software, interfaces, designs, logos, trademarks, branding, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to The ThirdSpacesapp Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of ThirdSpaces intellectual property.
Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, reproduce, or exploit our proprietary Services without written permission.
15. Changes to the Services
ThirdSpaces is an evolving platform.
We may add, remove, modify, test, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features.
This may include changes to:
Guest participation.
ThirdSpaces member benefits.
Profile limits.
Location or discovery features.
Photo-refresh requirements.
Reactions.
Matching.
Add-ons.
Subscription benefits.
Prices.
Spaces.
Events.
Payment features.
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of changes.
16. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ThirdSpaces does not guarantee:
Continuous or uninterrupted access.
That the Services will always be error-free or secure.
The accuracy of User Content.
The accuracy of information supplied by third parties.
Matches, responses, meetings, relationships, friendships, or other outcomes.
The identity, intentions, behavior, or safety of another user.
The quality or availability of any business, venue, space, event, or third-party service.
You use the Services and interact with other users at your own discretion and risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, liabilities, or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The ThirdSpacesapp Company and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Services.
This includes losses or damages arising from:
User conduct.
User Content.
In-person interactions or meetings.
Disputes between users.
Financial transactions.
Third-party services.
Service interruptions.
Unauthorized access.
Lost data.
Missed connections or opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit or exclude.
18. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information is described in the ThirdSpaces Platform Privacy Policy:

19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our Services evolve.
When we update them, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
For material changes, we may also provide notice through the Services, by email, by push notification, or through another appropriate method.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may require you to review or accept the revised Terms before continuing to use affected Services.
Where permitted by law, continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
