1. Zero Tolerance for Abusive or Illegal Content

ThirdSpaces has a strict no-tolerance policy toward:

  • Harassment, bullying, or hate speech

  • Threats, violence, or discrimination

  • Nudity, sexual content, or exploitation

  • Illegal activity or harmful behavior

  • Spam, fake profiles, or malicious content

Violation of this policy may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Post respectful, lawful, and community-appropriate content

  • Interact respectfully with other users

  • Provide accurate information and not impersonate others

  • Not upload content you do not have rights to

  • Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws

  • Be responsible for all activity conducted through your account

3. Payments and Financial Transactions

ThirdSpaces enables users to send and receive payments through Stripe.

  • Platform Role
    ThirdSpaces is a technology platform that facilitates transactions between users. We are not a bank, payment processor, or financial institution.

  • Payment Processing
    All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms and policies.

  • Fees
    We may charge service or transaction fees. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before completing a transaction.

  • User Responsibility
    You are responsible for:

    • Verifying transaction details before sending payments

    • Ensuring you are authorized to send or receive funds

    • Complying with all applicable financial laws and regulations

  • Disputes & Refunds
    Transactions are generally final. ThirdSpaces does not guarantee refunds. Disputes may be handled between users or through Stripe where applicable.

4. Reporting Content

Users may report posts, profiles, or behavior that violates these Terms.
Reported content will be reviewed and may be removed.

5. Blocking Users

You may block other users to prevent unwanted interactions. Blocked users will not be able to view your profile or interact with you within the app.

6. Content Moderation & Removal

ThirdSpaces reserves the right to:

  • Remove content that violates these Terms

  • Restrict visibility of content

  • Take action against accounts engaged in harmful behavior

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, including for:

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Abusive or harmful behavior

  • Fraudulent or suspicious payment activity

  • Attempts to misuse or manipulate the platform

8. In-App Browser and Third-Party Services

The app may include access to third-party websites or services.

  • ThirdSpaces is not responsible for third-party content, services, or transactions

  • Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

10. Disclaimers

ThirdSpaces is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted access to the app

  • That the platform will be error-free or secure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThirdSpaces is not liable for:

  • User conduct or content

  • Disputes between users

  • Financial losses related to transactions

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ThirdSpaces constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
