    Note: Payments are processed by Stripe, which may collect and process your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy. ThirdSpaces does not store full payment details such as credit card numbers.

  • Allow space owners to view activity related to their spaces

    When you interact with them, including sending or receiving payments or engaging in shared spaces

    When you interact with their spaces

    When required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud

We do not sell your personal information.

4. In-App Browser and Third-Party Services

ThirdSpaces may include an in-app browser that allows you to access third-party websites or services.

  • We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party sites

  • Third-party services may collect data about you, including through cookies or tracking technologies, in accordance with their own policies

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.

6. Eligibility

ThirdSpaces is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
